I had moderately priced room with extra bed. The hotel was in a the best location, near of all transports. Actually everything was really good, my next choice again in Kuala Lumpur...

Our hotel is set in a central location near to the main shopping attractions, airport and other locations and China market. The units are brand-new with large balcony.

The staff are professional, managed the parking on-site. The location is decent, as the hotel is based very close to main market area.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Kuala Lumpur. The room we stayed in was clean and exactly as shown in the pictures. The staff at the hotel were extremely helpful and always had a smile on their faces. We especially appreciated their assistance in booking a grab taxi for us to go to the airport. The hotel's location was perfect, as it was near the metro station and had easy access to popular attractions like Pavillion and Bintang Village. The breakfast at the hotel was delicious and offered a wide variety of options, including fresh fruits. The staff at the breakfast buffet were welcoming and made us feel right at home.

Breakfast, almost no choice!

The hotel is conveniently located close to shops and restaurants, making it easy to explore the local area. Additionally, it is near the Pudu station, providing easy access to bus services to Genting Highlands. Furthermore, the hotel is within walking distance to the vibrant night food markets, allowing guests to indulge in delicious street food.

The cleanliness of the rooms leaves much to be desired. It seems that the vacuum cleaning and bathroom maintenance are not up to par, leading to less than satisfactory conditions.

Hotel Location is the key for this hotel, close to everything in the golden triangle, the room was great too with inputs for your video players to the TV and free internet. Everything else to the food and bar, spa was average and overpriced as normal.

Our room was switched from standard king size to superior 2 x doubles. Also the rate offered to us on Booked.net was not given and an extra 200RM was thrown on top. I cannot blame Booked.net for that. Usually with hotels, you should book the cheapest room and hope for the best when you arrive because they will dump you in the rooms available anyway. Swimming pool I heard was small, its really small!

Breakfast was very good

- the repeated problems encoubtered in the room card key (they have to be re magnitized every now and then), also the weakness in the tourist center, we do not get enough information about the sites of tourism there. In addition, the price of hired taxi from the hotel is highly inflated (sometimes approaches double the normal rate!).

The Swiss-Garden Hotel Bukit Bintang Kuala Lumpur is a fantastic place for a staycation. The atmosphere is incredibly friendly and welcoming. The bed provided pure relaxation and was exceptionally comfortable. Exploring the Bukit Bintang district is a must-do activity. The breakfast at the hotel was amazing, offering a wide range of delicious options.

This place definitely deserves its 5-star rating, with polite staff and a deluxe king room equipped with all the essentials like a laptop-compatible safe, TV, and study table.

Location

Housekeeping service was friendly but clearly not enough staff. After the room had been cleaned, they did not leave any bathroom towels. We had to make two phone calls and one visit to the Reception with approx. 1 hour wait to get the towels.

Really enjoyed savoury breakfast, great value room.

We were there for 3 nights, overall had a really good stay. The hotel was modern with comfortable location next to jalan alor and hangtua, LRT Hang Tuah and/or Imbi, and Pavalion, Lot 10 & Berjaya times Square. The place had a warm atmosphere.
